Where it all began...

This blog doesn't really have or need an origin story. Instead I'll just post this pic and explain that this is my first piece of found clothing.

This pink bra was found in Clayton High School in Clayton, MO. circa November 2000. The picture was taken before I learned to simply photograph found clothing in its natural environment. The bra was moved several times before this photo was taken.

Sidenote: To protect the innocent, I will not identify the 'model' holding the found clothing item in this photo. I'm pretty sure he wanted nothing to do with it.

Coco Bongo, part 1

You actually can't see the found clothing item too well in this pic, but there will be more to come. This one comes with a story, so I'm just giving this as a preview. When I tell the full story, I will include the rest of the pics.

This was found in Playa del Carmen, Mexico; November 2012.

Homecoming Boot

This lonely shoe is waiting for it's partner to come back so they can tell stories from the previous night. It was spotted on October 27, 2012 in Tempe, AZ. This was the day of the ASU's homecoming football game.

I finally did it!

I constantly find lost or abandoned clothing items. Usually on the street, but sometimes in the park or near bushes. There's no telling where I will find this stuff. A few years back I started taking pictures of the clothing with the idea of eventually posting the pics somewhere. So now I'm finally doing it.

The photos in this post are of a jacket I came across when I was visiting Vancouver during the Winter Olympics in 2010. Don't worry, I don't pose with most of my found clothing. My memory is a bit fuzzy, but this must have been very clean-looking if I was willing to try it on.
